ESG440 High power lighting Stator wiring configuration. Apply for Honda XR400 all models, XR650R 2000-on. The new ESG440 stator has not one, but two lighting exits (the white threads). Each white thread can make up to 100W illumination, if you need extra lighting, you mount a second lamp on the bike and feed the second white thread that headlamp. To prevent the headlight bulb blows, you must also install other ERG200 AC regulator.
The Green wire, which is found in the wiring loom is ground. Make sure you land the lights properly to this Green thread. Supervisory authorities must be mounted anywhere on the frame, preferably a flat metal surface, this for better cooling.
