 Transmissions are fully automatically 4 or 5-speed, consisting of a welded torque converter 3-element, 2 or 3 compound planetary gear sets, 2 or 3 multiple-disc clutches, overrunning clutch and brake 3 groups. Hydraulic system is pressurized by the primary gear type pump and secondary piston type pump make the working pressure necessary for the operation of friction elements and automatic controls.
